The process should be seamless; much of the work will happen behind the scenes. We advise you to schedule any online bill payments or online transfers to external accounts before the system upgrade weekend. External transfers scheduled for the same weekend as the system upgrade, will not process until the system upgrade has been
completed.
During the weekend of the system upgrade, many services will be unavailable from the time we close until we re-open for business once the system upgrade has been completed. If you need to make any large purchases or require access to your funds, we recommend you plan ahead for these financial matters, or make the necessary withdrawals prior to our system upgrade weekend closure.
