A financial hub is more than just an ATM, it is convenient banking on the go, anytime. It allows our members to conduct their daily teller transactions without the hassle of waiting in line. Plus, they can bank with us whenever they want to. They don’t have to rush to a branch during business hours to cash their check, make their payments, or withdraw cash. They can do this and more with the help of our easy-to-use Financial Hub.

An ATM is considered a cash machine with limited functionality. Most can receive or withdraw cash and print out account balances but, that’s it. Few ATMs are equipped to receive deposits, much less make a loan payment or print a mini statement. Our Financial Hubs do all of that and more! They provide members with the ability to manage their accounts and finances all in one place, at any time that’s convenient for them.

Raiz members can access any Financial Hub at no charge with the use of their Raiz debit card.

Financial Hubs are available 24/7 at each of the 10 Raiz branch locations throughout El Paso, including our Community Self-Service Branch.

Trying new things can be intimidating at first, but Raiz representatives are ready and happy to guide you through the process at each Raiz branch location during business hours.

When withdrawing cash, choose exactly which bills you wish to receive (available in $5’s, $20’s, $50’s or $1’s, $5’s, $20’s, $100’s depending on the financial hub being used)

Access your auto, personal, share secured, credit card and mortgage loan payments at a Hub 24/7 with cash/check deposits or via account transfer. Mortgage payments only apply to loans funded after August 1, 2023. Easily deposit cash or checks to make your credit card payment at your convenience. This feature does not allow checking/savings transfers to complete payment.
