The Empowering Leaders Society offers an exciting opportunity for driven college and university students seeking to gain hands-on experience in developing a comprehensive marketing campaign. As Raiz Brand Ambassadors, members will lend their voices to crucial discussions about the financial issues that matter most to their generation. This initiative aims not only to inspire students to take control of their financial futures but also to empower them to uplift their peers in the process. Join us to make a real impact!

What to expect
Empowering Leaders Society members will be asked to:
- Attend bi-monthly meetings in person
- Complete a one-year program from August 2026 to May 2027
- Collaborate with a team to execute a real campaign from start to finish
- Present campaign results to Raiz leadership and education partners
- Receive program incentives and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion

Meetings will be held bi-monthly, in-person at Raiz’s Rojas location (12020 Rojas Dr. El Paso, TX 79336). Members will be expected to coordinate additional collaboration sessions as needed in order to complete project assignments.

Empowering Leaders Society applicants must be:
- A primary account holder at Raiz Federal Credit Union
- Be 18 years or older
- Be actively pursuing an education at a college or university
