We have been informed that our insurance partner, TruStage, has experienced a cybersecurity incident. This incident is in the early stages as they are still investigating the situation.

Please know that Raiz systems are not impacted, and your accounts and information with Raiz are safe.

How do I protect myself?

• Do not respond to unexpected calls, texts, or emails asking for payment, banking details, passwords or any other personal information.
• Don’t share your PIN, passwords, or banking information with anyone.

Payment Protection Insurance

If you have payment protection with your Raiz auto loan and need to file a claim, please call our Loan Servicing Department at 915.455.3141. They will be able to assist you with the initial claim process.
