Need to make a payment to your Raiz mortgage loan?

Beginning January 1, 2024, mortgage payments can be made using Raiz digital banking.
How to get started:
When logged into digital banking, navigate to your mortgage loan under the Accounts tab and select the “Pay” button.
Member First Mortgage users can make a payment and access their loan information through digital banking by navigating to the Transfer & Pay tab and select “Member First Mortgage Payment” or by using the option listed above.
Non-Raiz account holders:
If you manage a mortgage loan through Member First Mortgage but don’t have a Raiz account, don’t worry! You can continue to log into www.memberfirstmortgage.com to make payments and access your loan information as needed.
Account Access
For registered, and first-time users, you can access your mortgage loan information by logging into www.memberfirstmortgage.com.
You will need to enter your last name, SSN/TIN, and property ZIP code.
Note: Loan information will be available in your online portal 15 days before your first payment is due.

Conveniently make a mortgage loan payment by check. Follow the steps below to submit your payment.

Submit a Check Payment
Check payments must be at least the amount of the regular monthly payment. Your loan number must be written on the check and sent to the following address:
