What to expect
Empowering Leaders Society members will:
- Attend bi-weekly meetings – In-person and virtual meeting options available
- Complete a 1 year term; Maximum term of 2 years
- Collaborate with other members and mentors for end-of-term project
- Participate in professional development workshops
- Receive exclusive invites to local conferences, luncheons, and community events
- Receive an incentive based on time and participation within program

The Empowering Leaders Society will meet bi-weekly. The location, day, and time will be determined based on the applicants’ availability.

There are no fees to join the Empowering Leaders Society.

Empowering Leaders Society applicants must be:
- A Raiz Federal Credit Union member.
- Between 16 and 22 years of age.
- Actively pursuing an education.
